Simple Timesheet is a web-based timesheet management platform that allows users to submit, track, and manage work hours. Our service includes:

• Administrative dashboard and validation
• Data export capabilities
• Email notifications and forwarding

Pricing and Payment

Simple Timesheet operates on a pay-per-use pricing model:

• Base rate: $1.00 per timesheet submission
• Volume discounts available for high-usage accounts
• 14-day free trial for new customers
• Payment processed monthly via credit card
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

User Responsibilities

As a user of Simple Timesheet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit through Simple Timesheet. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We reserve the right to:

• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Delete inactive accounts after reasonable notice

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Simple Timesheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Data export may be available for a limited time
• We may delete your data after reasonable notice
